I had a terrible experience with the reception staff. They were always rushed and never really gave us the help we needed. The hotel seemed outdated and poorly maintained, with rusty facilities everywhere. Overall, the food was subpar and not enjoyable at all.

The room was amazing, we had a beautiful sea view and it was super clean every day. Nora, our cleaner, left cute designs on our beds which was a fun surprise. The decor was nice, and generally, it felt spacious enough for us. The air conditioning took a bit to get used to, but that was minor. Overall, we were really happy with the room!

A spacious and clean room made for a comfortable stay, alongside friendly staff who were always attentive to our needs. The food was impressive, with a variety of tasty vegetarian options available, making meals enjoyable. Despite the enjoyable experience, the water from the cooler had an unpleasant odor, and the spa services did not meet expectations as the massage felt more like oil distribution than a proper treatment. Overall, the atmosphere and amenities created a great family-friendly experience.

The food scene was solid, especially the salmon that had me savoring every bite! Big shoutout to the variety of breakfast options. you won't leave hungry. The kids' club staff were an absolute dream, making our little ones feel right at home.
However, the dining experience wasn't without flaws—lots of lukewarm dishes that missed the mark. And let's talk about the room. it was a bit dated, lacking some basic comforts like slippers.
